Christina Savage Software Consulting

Automation · Integrations · Custom development

I solve automation problems that are too complex to figure out on your own.

I help operations, sales and finance leaders connect their systems, automate the manual work between them, and build what off-the-shelf tools can't.

01 / What I do

Automation that goes past the basics

AI is part of how I work, from writing code to transforming data, and often part of the solution itself. I build efficiently and with scale in mind, so solutions can grow with your business.

Complex automation

Multi-step workflows with branching, error handling and custom code, plus AI steps that read documents and transform messy data into the format each system needs.

CRM and system integrations

Connecting your CRM, accounting, e-commerce and operations tools so data flows between them and records stay clean, with no duplicates or retyping.

Custom development

When off-the-shelf tools hit their limit, I build the custom piece: an integration, an internal tool or a small app. Built by me or a trusted partner, with AI-assisted development that gets you there faster without cutting corners.

Data migrations

Moving to a new CRM or away from a pile of spreadsheets? I use AI to map fields, clean up and remove duplicate records, and check the results, so your data arrives accurate and the migration finishes sooner.

Tools & tech

I'm tool-agnostic. If it has an API, I can work with it. A few I use often:

  • Zapier & other automation platforms
  • HubSpot
  • Slack
  • QuickBooks Online
  • FreshBooks
  • Google Workspace
  • Google Apps Script
  • Cloudflare
  • REST APIs & webhooks
  • Custom code (JavaScript & Python)
  • AI agents & MCP
  • Claude & other AI models

02 / Clients

Problems I've recently solved

Home energy contractor

Moved off a legacy CRM onto HubSpot and a field-service platform, migrated years of records, connected lead sources and sales tools, and built operational reports.

Medical equipment supplier

A sales form with 100+ fields, many of them conditional, that builds an organized deal in the CRM and produces a PDF or Excel summary in one click.

Luxury travel agency

AI reads flight and hotel confirmations as they arrive and adds every leg to the right calendar, in the right time zone, so no one has to enter or double-check travel details by hand.

Medicare insurance agency

A Zoom phone menu with text messaging, AI call summaries logged to the CRM, and a website chatbot that feeds new leads to the email platform.

Medical device company

Orders that arrive by email are read by AI, then flow through shipping and invoicing and into the CRM, with no retyping along the way.

Consulting agency

An ongoing partner to the agency and its clients, handling automations, integrations, implementations and data migrations across many different tools.

03 / How I work

We agree on what we're building before you commit

  1. Consult

A 30-minute call to understand your problem and whether I'm the right fit.

  2. Proposal or paid discovery

Clear projects get a proposal. Complex ones start with a paid discovery phase, where we map out requirements and test the approach before the full build.

  3. Build

A fixed fee once scope is clear, or hourly for open-ended work. I manage it end to end, test everything before launch, and walk your team through what was built.

  4. Ongoing support

Hourly help whenever you need it after launch. Many clients have worked with me for close to a decade.

04 / About Christina Savage

A long-term partner, not a one-off vendor

I've run my consulting business for over a decade, working with clients across the US and beyond. Before launching my consultancy, I worked in operations and project management in the tech industry.

My business runs on referrals and partnerships. Most clients come to me through someone I've already worked with, and many have worked with me for close to a decade. I tend to become a long-term strategic partner because I understand both sides of the problem: what the business needs and how to build it.

Clients know me for listening closely, communicating clearly, staying calm when things get complicated, and following through. I work best as a partner, not a crutch. The teams I enjoy most have capable people who own the day-to-day and bring me in for the hard problems. Most projects are just me. For larger custom builds, I bring in a trusted development partner.

I live just outside Denver, where I'm a regular at concerts, travel often, and love lifting heavy things at the gym.
